Dear Parents - There are not many material possessions that my grip is white-knuckle tight. I like stylish, hip clothes just like the next girly, I have enjoyed 2 summers in the comfort of a trailer while wildernessing ;) Coveting — I never engage. Not sure if that is a result of growing up in the 80’s / 90’s … or if it just doesn’t happen to be “my thing”. That was until gas spiked ~ OUCH!

Easy Roast in a Pot - The Crock Pot!
You Will Need:
* 4 pound beef pot roast
* 1 cup sliced mushrooms
* 4 cloves garlic
* 1 packet dry onion soup mix
* 1 cup Swanson® beef broth
Make It!
Place pot roast in crock pot and top with mushrooms.
Take a knife a slot the meat. halve cloves of garlic and insert into meat.
In a small bowl, mix soup mix and beef broth, then add to crock pot.
Cook in crock pot 10 hours on low or 5 hours on high.
;-)~ mmmmm.....mmmmm!
